Agile technology is fast, efficient, and highly responsive across platforms. In order to succeed, Agile frameworks emphasize team collaboration and enhancing performance and outcomes. Collaboration and teamwork are promoted in organizations, but they are difficult to implement. Modern product approaches require more transparency in communication, trust, bonding and teamwork. Iteration, development model, test planning, estimation, etc., are all areas where a team or team member may face technical bias, as well as communication and hierarchy biases. 

When adopting Agile culture, we need to ensure that the team is aware of technology, tools, and processes.
